From 4 October 2021:
  • If you are travelling into the UK from Non-Red List Countries and you have been fully vaccinated under approved vaccination programme in the UK, Europe, USA or UK vaccine programme overseas OR you have been fully vaccinated from a host of new countries, you need a Day 2 PCT Test.
  • If you are travelling into the UK and you are not recognised as being Fully Vaccinated with authorised vaccines and certificates under England’s international travel rules, you need a Day 2 & Day 8 test and and self-isolate for 10 days. Test to release (Day 5) is an option to reduce self-isolation period.

Orders placed before 14:00 (UK time) will be shipped the same day as you ordered on a next business day service. After 14:00 (UK time), we cannot guarantee same day dispatch but will do our best to achieve this. For instance, if you order Tuesday at 17:00 (UK Time), you are going to receive your kits on Thursday by the end of the day.
Royal Mail delivers from Monday to Saturday (inclusive). Please note that Royal Mail does not deliver kits over the UK Bank Holidays (Jan 1, 2021; Apr 2, 2021; Apr 5, 2021; May 3, 2021; May 31, 2021; Aug 30, 2021; Dec 27, 2021; Dec 28, 2021).

Many countries and airlines will require a "Negative PCR test" typically 2-4 days before your flight departure time. Purchase the test, ideally AT LEAST 4-5 business days before your flight time.
Please, we would like to recommend you to register your sample/s when you receive the kit before sending it back.
When you placed your order, you received one email per ordered item containing registration links.
All tests must be registered separately using the links provided in the emails.

Make sure you register the correct barcode. Your barcode will be on the side of the collection tube and will consist of letters and numbers.
If you receive an error while registering, it means that you are entering an incorrect barcode or are using the same link that you have already used to register a previous test.
Registration is a mandatory procedure; without proper registration, we may not be able to send you the results.

We provide everything you need to self-swab simply, pain-free, and quickly in around 30 seconds.
You can use the Royal Mail prepaid return shipping label you can find inside the parcel.
You just need to post your collected sample to the nearest Royal Mail Post Box. You can find your nearest priority post box by downloading the Royal Mail App or, visiting www.royalmail.com/services-near-you, entering your postcode and selecting the priority post box tab.
To make the lab receive your collected sample the next business day, please use a Royal Mail Priority Post box before 09:00 (am) when returning your parcel. Within 24 hours of the lab receiving your collected sample at our laboratory, your sample will be analysed, and your results will be delivered securely online. Therefore, it is not possible to receive your results the next business day after posting your sample.
Within 24 hours of us receiving your swab at our laboratory, your sample will be analysed, and your results will be delivered securely online. You will be notified by email when your results are ready.
Your Passenger Locator Number is the KURIX code you received by email after placing your order. If you have not received the email with the KURIX codes, please check the spam folder of your email account. You will have received a code per order.
Your code will consist of KURIX followed by 7 digits. For example, KURIX0000000

While our laboratory is open for processing samples 24/7, we are still reliant on Royal Mail to deliver the parcels to us.
Please, if you wish to purchase tests / kits but do not belong to the same family, we strongly recommend that you place different orders using different mailing addresses (not a single order for all).
